Pablo Parreiras is a Ph.D. student, researcher, and teacher from Brazil. He holds a Master’s degree in Literary Studies (2022) and a Bachelor’s degree in English (2018), both from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG - Brazil). His Master’s thesis explores Philip K. Dick’s novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" through an interdisciplinary lens, engaging with science fiction, posthumanism, and ideology. His primary research interests lie in Literature and Culture, with a focus on novels, short stories, and films. An occasional writer, his short story "Anti-Édipo" was selected as a semifinalist in the literary contest "Prata da Casa" (2025).
